I found this advertisement in a magazine and was surprised these adorable bracelets are from JCPenney. And can you believe they are only $9.99 each.
So I finally made my way to JCPenney today and found these festive mixit bracelets. Don't they look like something you would buy on a tropical vacation? Who knew JCPenney's got it going on!
