My crafty sister made me and CC a red white & blue Lava Lava. She also gave us some festive July 4th lei's. Thanks Stacy!

We stopped by the Liliha Bakery in Honolulu (popular Bakery and diner with the locals). I recommend the Coconut Malasada it reminded me of Pani Popo. It was Delish!
Glad you made the Lava-Lava! When Grandma & all the other girls were putting theirs on she tried pulling them off (she wanted one). She just didn't like the lei. She's loving Hawaii and Anna.
Wish I was in Hawaii over Independence day, sooo cool. Love the amazing pics and the lava lava's were so cute. I was in Samoa April-July of 1997 for Student teaching through BYU and then to back again to visit in 2000 with my sisters and friend. I didn't know you went to BYU Hawaii, that would be so fun!
What a fantastic way to spend our country's birthday!! In the land of the newest star....Hawaii! Enjoy your wonderful trip and relax away! : ))
