I'm so excited Chihuly's exhibit returned to the Desert Botanical Garden. I'm a huge fan and even met him years ago at the Tacoma Museum of Glass at a book signing and watched him blow glass with other glass blowers from around the world.

THE DESERT BOTANICAL GARDEN PRESETS CHIHULY...THE NATURE OF GLASS
The Desert Botanical Garden is beautiful by itself but amazing with Chihuly! His work is on display at the DBG until May 31st. I went during the day then went back to see it at night. Both were breath taking!
Adult tickets are $15.00 but you can find coupons (buy one ticket get one free) in the Phoenix Area Entertainment Books.

I felt like a groupie as I waited in line at Dale Chihuly's book signing. I had fun learning more about him as I visited with some of the locals. I learned that he is from Takoma and started in Interior Design... maybe there's hope for me in glass blowing
